Diana is absolutely brilliant, she is an natural dog whisperer. Our dog loves her walks with Diana and can’t contain her excitement when she sees her arrive. We can’t recommend Diana enough.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Happy Tails (Diana). Diana is one of the most professional and genuine people you could possibly meet. Our dog ‘Harry’ absolutely adores her and waits ‘impatiently’ for Diana to arrive with his face up to the window in excitement 🤩.

Diana looked after our 2 cats and 11 chickens (including our cockerel Trevor!) for a week while we were away recently. We got regular updates and it was so lovely to see our pets were so happy and well loved whilst we were far away. Wouldn't hesitate to have Diana look after our clan again, the chickens particularly enjoyed their 'room service' while they were laying! 😊

The spacious garden gives her a good place to run and play with her new friends. Yappy Tails always keep me informed as to how Cassie is doing with a photo or video, which is really reassuring. Diana is just amazing at what she does. Our 4 year old dog Louie (working cocker spaniel) has been walked and looked after by Diana since he was a pup. Being very protective, anxious owners we were put at such ease after seeing how brilliant Diana is with the dogs she walks. Professional, enthusiastic and reliable. Louie absolutely loves her and we know he is well looked after by Diana and has great fun on his walks. Highly recommended!

I am a Socialiser for Medical Detection Dogs and first met Diana over 5 years ago on a training session with the dogs we had at the time. From that very first meeting it was obvious that Diana should work with dogs as she had a natural rapport and understanding of all the dogs she socialised, and every dog loved her very much, including my own. Diana is very professional and trustworthy with a friendly and caring personality. She has worked extremely hard to create Yappy Tails and is very passionate about the wellbeing of every dog in her care. She will go out of her way to make sure that the needs of the dog, and expectations of the owner, are always met. All dogs are very well looked after and happy, which gives peace of mind to their owners. Even though Diana has moved to Hallaton, I wouldn't choose anyone else to look after my dog, especially now that she has added home boarding to her services. I would highly recommend Yappy Tails for any of the services offered.
